REFUND & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Participation in the Visa Program through Allied Business Horizon requires a mutual commitment to transparency, professionalism, and financial accountability. As such, all fees paid to Allied Business Horizon are considered strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of the stage of the application process or program timeline at which the teacher decides to discontinue participation or withdraw voluntarily. Whether the withdrawal occurs before placement, after onboarding, or even after arrival in the United States, no portion of the fees paid will be reimbursed. Furthermore, any documents, credentials, or records submitted to Allied Business Horizon as part of the application and processing procedures become the property of the organization and will not be returned under any circumstances.

Applicants must comply with the separate and independent refund, cancellation, and termination policies set by the designated Visa Sponsor organization. These policies are entirely distinct from those of Allied Business Horizon and may include terms specific to visa denial, early program exit, or involuntary termination by the Visa Sponsor.

We strongly encourage all applicants to thoroughly review both Allied Business Horizon’s policies and those of the designated visa sponsor prior to confirming participation, to ensure a complete understanding of the financial and procedural commitments involved.
